This report covers the operations of FinVolution's interest entities and subsidiaries. Unless otherwise specified, it is consistent with the scope of FinVolution's annual consolidated financial statements.

Reporting Period

This report mainly covers FinVolution's operations from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. Parts of the report may cover content beyond the Reporting Period. Such instances will be noted and explained.

Reporting Standards

The report is prepared in accordance with the core tenets of the Global Reporting Initiative's Sustainability Reporting Standards (GRI Standards), the International Sustainable Standards Board's International Standard on Sustainable Disclosure for Financial Reporting No. 2 - ClimateRelated Disclosures (IFRS S2) and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission's Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-related Disclosures for Investors (Climate Disclosure Rules).
